What this site collects

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect what you type: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, and any optional details you choose to share (project interest, budget range, timeline, city, message). The form also records the page you enquired from, the time of submission, and, if you arrived from an advertisement or link, standard campaign tags (UTM parameters), so Irfan knows the context of your enquiry.

What it's used for

One purpose: responding to your property enquiry and assisting you through the process you asked about. Your details go to Muhammad Irfan Kharal and, where needed to process a booking or site visit, to Nawaz Group of Companies. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and you will not be added to unrelated marketing lists.

WhatsApp and phone contact

If you choose WhatsApp or a phone call as your contact method, Irfan will contact you on the number you provided, for the enquiry you made. Reply "stop" at any time and contact ends.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising. It records that a page was viewed and whether you contacted Irfan, so we can tell which advertisements bring genuine enquiries. Meta sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) in your browser for this purpose.

When you submit an enquiry, a copy of the conversion is also sent to Meta from our server. Your phone number and name are never sent in readable form: they are converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash first, which lets Meta match the conversion without receiving your details. We do not send Meta your budget, timeline, message, or any other answer from the form.

To block this, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, or turn off off-Facebook activity in your Meta account settings. Blocking it does not affect the website or your enquiry in any way.

Data retention and your rights

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to serve your enquiry and any resulting transaction. To have your details corrected or deleted, message or call +92 302 5111146 on WhatsApp. Deletion requests are honoured promptly unless a completed transaction legally requires records to be kept.

Security

Forms are transmitted over HTTPS. Integration credentials are kept server-side and never exposed in this website's code.
